Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Technician to join our team at Dave & Busters. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our building's games, simulators, and technical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on game equipment and technical systems
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through prompt and accurate service
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to resolve technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in the industry
