We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide person-centered care and support, helping individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.

• Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and behavioral support.
• Develop and implement individualized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations.
• Work collaboratively with our team to provide person-centered care and support, including coordination with healthcare providers and other community resources.
• Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs.
• Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Must be 18+)
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Ability to work collaboratively with our team to provide person-centered care and support
• Ability to develop and implement individualized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations
• Ability to provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and behavioral support
