Dishwasher - Sushi Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Trapper's Sushi Hawks Prairie. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our restaurant.

• Collect and sort used kitchenware, loading and unloading dishwashing machines as needed
• Wash specific items by hand, such as rice pots, large cookware, and delicate glassware
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment in a clean and organized manner
• Ensure that clean dishes, glasses, and utensils are adequately stocked during peak hours
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock, including detergents
• Check dishwashing machines' operation and report any technical issues
• Remove garbage regularly and dispose according to store procedures
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen area, bathrooms, and restaurant lobby area as assigned

• Work experience as a Dishwasher or in a similar restaurant capacity
• Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks as needed
• Strong time management and attention to detail skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Washington State Food Worker Card required prior to first day of work

The employee must regularly lift items up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 20 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach, lift, twist, and crouch occasionally.
