New Home Sales Specialist
Gables Search Group is seeking a talented New Home Sales Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including referrals, online marketing, and networking events.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Techniques: Utilize effective sales techniques, including objection handling, to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Home Sales Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales strategies to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in new home sales or a related industry.
- Skills: Proven sales skills, strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
