About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to creating life-changing experiences for campers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of campers, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver programs that meet or exceed standards set by the SeriousFun Children's Network and American Camp Association.
  • Plan and execute program activities, including creative arts and high-risk activities like archery, boating, fishing, and swimming, ensuring they are adapted and inclusive.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, implementing standard operating procedures for equipment checks and safety protocols.
  • Lead programming for Family Camp weekends, designing fully intentional and inclusive programs for families.
  • Support the management of the program budget, reporting, and tracking expenses.
  • Live on-site during residential camps and maintain a flexible work schedule throughout the year, serving in key positions on the emergency staffing table.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in program development, leadership, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of program development principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and circumstances.

We offer a competitive salary of $$$70,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
