We are actively seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join one of our respected school districts. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services to students with disabilities.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to work as an independent contractor, providing virtual therapy services to students in need. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with communication disorders and be proficient in using technology for remote service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to meet each student's unique needs.
  • Modify teaching techniques and materials to address diverse learning styles, abilities, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, specialists, and staff to meet students' diverse needs across different settings.
  • Maintain a structured, supportive, and safe classroom environment that fosters both academic and social growth.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Valid Idaho SLP license.
  • Education: Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Experience: 2+ years working with students with communication disorders; virtual therapy experience preferred.
  • Technology: Reliable high-speed internet and fast computer for remote service delivery.

Compensation

  • Contract: 1099 status.
  • Pay: $43-$48 per hour, with guaranteed weekly hours.
  • Support: On-demand clinical and technical support.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards, the estimated salary range for this position is between $43,456 and $49,376 per year, depending on the number of hours worked per week. This estimate includes taxes and other deductions typically applicable to contractors.
