About the Role

This position involves providing 1:1 in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals diagnosed with ASD. You will establish a positive relationship with the learner under the care of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities include implementing ABA therapy programs and behavior management techniques as directed by the BCBA, based on the client's treatment and behavior plan.

Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • You should have 1-2 years of experience working in the field of ABA.
  • You must be interested in working towards becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through completion of the 40-hour certification course and supervision.
  • Ability to provide care in home environments is essential.
  • Being bilingual is a plus.
