Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Early-Career Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in electrical engineering and a passion for working on complex systems such as drones, medical devices, or consumer electronics.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing and developing electrical systems and components for complex products.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system performance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with senior engineers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated system designs.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for designs, test procedures, and test results.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes.
Requirements
  • 1-4 years of experience in electrical engineering.
  • Solid foundation in electrical engineering principles, including analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, and embedded systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer) and simulation tools.
  • Experience with testing and validation processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
