Job Summary:

This role involves working in our busy service departments, where customer pay repair orders continue to increase each month. As a skilled technician, you will diagnose, identify, communicate, and repair vehicles efficiently, contributing to our high standards of quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality, ethical, multi-point inspections on every vehicle, ensuring accurate information for guests
• Diagnose issues efficiently, meeting manufacturer standards for repairs and maintenance
• Work on all makes and models, requiring versatility and knowledge
• Conduct quality, ethical video multi-point inspections on every vehicle

Requirements:

The ideal candidate would have previous Honda or Import Brand experience, Honda factory training, and Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications. A proven track record of teamwork, great attitude, and a high 'Fixed Right, First Visit' rating is essential. Excellent diagnosis skills, efficiency, and adherence to manufacturer standards are crucial.

With a location in Golden, Colorado, this opportunity offers a competitive estimated salary of $55,000-$75,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
