- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
- Follow all policies and procedures related to patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
