Job Description

We are seeking an Early Childhood Speech Therapist to join our team at AnthroMed Education. As a valued member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with students in K-8th grade and make a meaningful impact on their educational journey.

About the Role:
  • You will collaborate with staff to enhance speech and language development in the classroom setting, providing a supportive environment for students to thrive.
  • You will complete all job duties within required timelines, ensuring compliance with federal and state law, district policy, and procedures.
  • You will determine eligibility of students for speech therapy services, using your expertise to identify areas where support is needed.
  • You will utilize evidence-based practices and service delivery models to provide effective interventions and accommodations for students.
  • You will participate in team meetings to develop individualized education programs, working closely with teachers and support staff to ensure student success.

Qualifications:
  • You possess school-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-8th grade children.
  • You hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • You are licensed as a SLP in Pennsylvania, holding a valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists.
  • You also hold a valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
