Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Construction Specialist to join our team specializing in the installation of air barriers, sealants, epoxy floors, and other waterproofing products.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in construction, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Installation: Accurately install air barriers, sealants, and related materials in accordance with project specifications and industry standards
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections of completed installations to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and quality standards
  • Collaboration: Work closely with superintendents, project managers, and other trades to coordinate tasks and timelines
  • Maintenance: Perform maintenance and cleaning daily of equipment
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, reporting any unsafe conditions or practices

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent, relevant technical training or certifications preferred
  • Proven experience in construction
  • Proficiency in using hand tools required for installation tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments

Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor
  • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces as necessary
