Job Summary

PACS Inc is seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, as per their assessment and care plan.
  • Use authorized abbreviations when recording information and report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
  • Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner.
  • Report accidents and incidents, maintain confidentiality of resident care information, and adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Perform special treatments, assist with lifting and moving residents, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Participate in and receive the nursing report, and ensure that residents' personal care needs are met.
Requirements
  • Must possess a minimum of a 10th-grade education.
  • Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Work Environment
