Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Sales Associate to join our team at Weis Markets. As a Produce Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized produce department, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed, and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unpack and stock produce department with new merchandise
  • Rotate stock to ensure freshness and maintain saleable condition
  • Accurately complete product logs and handle spoiled and damaged product
  • Assist in building attractive displays and maintaining salad bar and cut fruit/vegetable
  • Cooperate with co-workers and superiors to ensure smooth function of department and store

Requirements:

  • Completed or working towards a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • No prior experience required
