We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced General Counsel to join our team at Raydar. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's legal strategy and direction.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with experience in areas such as contract management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. A Juris Doctor degree and membership in good standing of a US state bar are also essential requirements.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and ESOP participation.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective contract management systems to ensure seamless execution of agreements.
  2. Provide strategic advice on risk management and mitigation strategies to senior management.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.
  4. Liaise with external stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.
