Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, both on the phone and in-person.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Market for new and continued customer business, identifying opportunities to grow our customer base.
  • Prepare and process loans and income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to speak fluently in both English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
