Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative/Parking Attendant to join our team at SP+ As a key member of our parking operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the smooth flow of traffic through our gates.

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage incoming customers effectively by directing them to available parking spaces and maintaining accurate records.
  • Count vehicles on location throughout your shift to ensure optimal parking efficiency.
  • Evaluate situations objectively and issue warning tickets to tenants and visitors who violate garage policies.
  • Promote a positive work environment by communicating debris, water spills, or other hazards to the Facility Manager.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways to assist customers with directions.
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure accurate transactions by verifying shift reports and completing cashier duties.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, comprehend simple instructions, and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations with American currency.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment.

Salary Information

This full-time opportunity offers an estimated hourly salary range of $15.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A competitive compensation package includes opportunities for growth and professional development within the company.
