We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Edmonds Care, a Caldera Care facility.

Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients as assigned, administering and recording medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Reinforce health care instructions to patients and their families, promoting healthy habits and wellness practices.
- Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and staff.
- Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
Requirements:
- Current and valid LPN license
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
- In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards
- Physical strength and stamina, with the ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
- First aid and CPR certifications, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development
