Root Cause Analysis Expert

We are seeking an experienced Root Cause Analysis Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying operational needs and defining work methods to improve production efficiency.
- Read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings, process specifications, and industry standards.
- Assess technical feasibility based on engineering data.
- Gather data and create Pareto charts to analyze trends.
- Ensure a technical liaison between departments to facilitate communication.
- Evaluate the technical content of support requests and provide guidance.
- Investigate problem sources and propose effective solutions.
- Exercise a technical advisory role with production to optimize processes.
- Support clients during technical analysis related to non-quality or improvement activities.
- Perform root cause analysis (5WHY, 8D, 9F) with various departments.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, avionics, electrical, industrial, or electromechanical engineering, aircraft manufacturing, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in production, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of computer-aided design software (Catia V5).
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
