Job Summary
As a Medical Assistant at LifeBridge Health, you will provide administrative and clinical support to the Ambulatory Services department. Under the direction of the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for taking vital signs, drawing blood, and documenting patient information in the electronic health record. You will also interact with administrative, medical staff, and patients, requiring excellent customer service skills and a professional approach to your work.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
Current/valid Maryland Certified or Registered Medical Assistant Certification
Minimum of 1 year of experience required; 2+ years of experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach to your work
