Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician to join our team at Gulfstream SP in Orange County, CA. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for leading the launch and commissioning of advanced HVAC systems in commercial settings, ensuring top performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and commission advanced HVAC systems in commercial settings, ensuring top performance and efficiency.
  • Utilize expert-level diagnostic skills to identify and resolve complex issues, extending system life and optimizing performance.
  • Handle warranty services with an unwavering commitment to quality, ensuring all repairs meet our stringent standards.
  • Manage large-scale HVAC installations and repairs from start to finish, with a focus on meeting client needs and upholding project excellence.
  • Serve as a mentor to our technical team, enhancing their skills and knowledge in the HVAC field.
Requirements:
  • An advanced degree or professional certification focused on HVAC technology, particularly in the management of large systems like chillers, boilers, and VRF units.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in the HVAC sector, with a proven track record in successfully initiating system startups, performing detailed commissioning, and executing sophisticated diagnostics.
  • Deep familiarity with top HVAC brands and innovative technologies, including but not limited to Carrier, Lennox, and more.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead projects to completion while maintaining clear and effective communication with both clients and team members.
  • A solid work history within Orange County, CA, or willingness to move, demonstrating stability and commitment to the local community.
