We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Hand and Stone - Mechanicsville. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership conversion and retention
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales goals and provide ongoing training and coaching
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Conduct interviews and make recommendations for new hires
  • Maintain a clean and organized spa environment
  • Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training to ensure high-quality service delivery
What We Offer:
  • A competitive base salary of $45,000 - $54,000
