Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that reflect patients' values and goals.
  2. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PATIENTS AND FAMILIES through effective communication, empathy, and professionalism.
  3. EDUCATE PATIENTS, FAMILIES, NURSES, AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues and community to create a care plan that addresses patients' unique needs.
  5. Use problem-solving strategies to address patient concerns and prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery.

You will require a deep understanding of nursing and patient care standards, as well as procedures. Familiarity with hospital rules and regulations is essential. Proficiency in medical terms, focusing on health, disease prevention, management, common medications, and their side effects, is also necessary. Respect for medical and professional nursing ethics and patient privacy rights is expected.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid nursing license
  • Specialized field of study in nursing
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, information security, scheduling, and payroll systems

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $85,000-$110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on factors such as experience and qualifications.
