About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Pilates Instructor to join our team at EXOS. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging group exercise classes, utilizing innovative routines to motivate our participants.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead dynamic group exercise classes on apparatus equipment.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, promoting a supportive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional coaching services.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Pilates, with a nationally accredited certification (e.g. BASI, PMA, Balance Body, Peak Pilates).
  • Experience leading successful private sessions and group classes on apparatus equipment.
  • A current CPR/AED certification, and commitment to maintaining it throughout employment.
  • A passion for creating innovative and engaging exercise routines.
