Overview


DICK'S Sporting Goods is a leading retailer of sports equipment, apparel and footwear. We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team.



Salary


The successful candidate can expect to earn $17-$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.



Job Description


The Inventory Management Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all merchandise is accurately tracked and accounted for in our warehouse. This includes:



  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting regular cycle counts
  • Verifying correct quantities for store and case pack
  • Performing pick tasks for store orders
  • Reporting errors found to supervisor
  • Completing all documentation neatly and accurately
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment


Requirements


To be considered for this role, you must have:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic reading comprehension and numerical reasoning skills
  • Ability to use tape machine, RF gun, gladiator and computer
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Manual dexterity
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull and lift cartons/bins weighing approximately up to 40 or up to 50 lbs repetitively

Additional Information


This is a full-time position working 2nd shift Monday-Friday from 3:00pm-11:00pm. A $1 hourly pay premium applies to this shift.
