Cedar Ridge Center - Sissonville, WV is seeking a skilled and compassionate Unit Manager/Director - RN to lead our nursing team and deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and rehabilitation therapy to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as Genesis HealthCare's policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
