Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse in our Operating Room, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patient-specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, including assessment data, care plans, and patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
  • BLS certification.
  • Minimum one year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in the Operating Room.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Professional certification in a relevant specialty, such as perioperative nursing or critical care.
