As a valued member of The Menta Education Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of students. Your expertise as a Registered Nurse will be instrumental in providing first aid care, medically prescribed services, and maintaining accurate records for compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first aid care and medically prescribed services to students.
  • Obtain and review consents for medication administration in school, documenting each instance.
  • Maintain security of school health supplies and instruct students in health-related procedures.
  • Collaborate with parents and medical providers to address the health needs of students.
  • Record immunizations, health findings, and other relevant health information.
  • Develop Individual Health Care plans for students with allergies.

Qualifications:

  • Current/Active Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Considerable knowledge of medical and mental health disorders and subsequent treatment.
  • Working knowledge of public health problems and procedures for treatment in coordination with other health and social service agencies.
  • Working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations affecting the delivery of school health services.
