We are seeking a Paralegal Liaison to provide support to attorneys and clients in our Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Paralegal Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting attorneys with case preparation and research
  • Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
  • Organizing and maintaining case files, including electronic filing systems
  • Conducting legal research using online databases and other resources
  • Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings

The successful candidate will have a paralegal certificate or degree and prior experience working in a law firm or legal department. They will also be proficient in legal research tools and software.
