Job Description

The Senior Corporate Practice Support Professional serves as a consultant for partners, connecting departments, projects, and critical business information to ensure meetings and materials are efficient and effective. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Complete major assignments and tasks in support of the partner's practice, exercising judgment and delegating administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Maintain responsibility for and track all activities/tasks/projects to successful completion, collaborating with peers to provide team support and coverage.
  • Perform work that positively impacts the success of the partner's financial viability with client matters, exercising discretion and professional judgment with confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Plan, coordinate, and maintain attorney Outlook calendars, identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate complex travel itineraries.
  • Work closely with attorneys to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, preparing materials in advance, and following up appropriately.
  • Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a proactive, hands-on approach, including drafting letters or other correspondence, preparing reports, and other tasks that facilitate the partner's ability to effectively build the practice.
Requirements
  • 5 years of professional executive administrative experience supporting partners and/or executives.
  • Advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
  • Excellent time management skills necessary, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per yearLocation: Minneapolis office
