Seeking a skilled Physiotherapist Specialist to join our team at BJC HealthCare. This is a full-time opportunity in an outpatient setting where you will provide evaluation and treatment for patients with various physical impairments.
About the Role:
- Provide skilled physical therapy services, including assessment, reassessment, and consultations.
- Establish treatment plans, considering discharge needs, expected discharge functional status, and appropriate equipment and supplies.
- Educate, collaborate with, and conference with patients, families, and other healthcare providers, making recommendations for referrals as needed.
- Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students through written and verbal communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) or Master's Degree preferred.
- No experience required; supervisor experience not necessary.
- Physical Therapist License required.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. BJC HealthCare offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance. The company also provides a pension plan, 401(k) plan, and tuition assistance.
