Dedicated Care Provider

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at St. Elizabeth HealthCare. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
About the Role
This position is responsible for delivering nursing care to designated patients under the direct supervision of a licensed RN, physician, or dentist. You will be expected to follow established standards of clinical practice and demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy towards all patients, families, visitors, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medication or treatments as prescribed by a licensed RN, physician, or dentist.
- Observe and implement nursing care based on the patient's assessed clinical needs.
- Document patients' response to care, including medication administration, treatment, and IV therapy procedures.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to positively impact patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to Joint Commission, state, and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A graduate degree from an approved school of practical nursing.
- Current licensure/certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
