Job Title: Data Architect - Healthcare Domain Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our team at Nuware Technologies. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient data architectures that support advanced analytics, reporting, and machine learning applications in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement an overall organizational data strategy that aligns with business processes in the healthcare and PBM/Pharmacy domains.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system.
* Lead the design and implementation of data architectures that support advanced analytics, reporting, and machine learning applications.
* Partner with executive leadership, enterprise architects, data scientists, analysts, and IT teams to understand data needs and provide architectural guidance.
* Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools that can enhance data architecture and analytics capabilities in healthcare.
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement.
* Develop comprehensive documentation of data architecture standards, best practices, and processes for internal teams.

Requirements:

* 15+ years of experience in data architecture, with a minimum of 4+ years in the healthcare domain.
* Strong experience with Azure services, DBMS, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
* Proficiency with cloud platforms and their data services.
* Experience with data integration processes and tools, machine learning frameworks, and data visualization frameworks.
* Familiarity with big data technologies and healthcare data interoperability frameworks.
* In-depth understanding of healthcare data regulations and standards, including compliance requirements.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive data initiatives from conception to execution.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights from data.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex data concepts to diverse audiences.

Qualifications:

* Engineering degree from a reputed university, Master's degree will be a plus.
* Advanced certifications in architecture and data management.
