Sales Manager 2 Job Description

The Sales Manager 2 is responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities to drive business growth and revenue. This role ensures that all sales activities are conducted in a timely and effective manner, with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve personal and location revenue goals.
  • Conduct sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, and other activities to acquire new business and close deals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
  • Provide accurate and effective turnover to Event Management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field with 1 year of sales experience.
  • 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven sales and revenue growth experience, with a track record of achieving sales objectives.
