Sales Manager 2

The Sales Manager 2 is responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities to drive business growth and revenue. This role ensures that all sales activities are conducted in a timely and effective manner, with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve personal and location revenue goals.
- Conduct sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, and other activities to acquire new business and close deals.
- Upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
- Provide accurate and effective turnover to Event Management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field with 1 year of sales experience.
- 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven sales and revenue growth experience, with a track record of achieving sales objectives.
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $27.88 to $37.50.
