Aircraft Painter

Job Summary:
HQ Aero Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Aircraft Painter to join our team in Tucson, AZ. As a key member of our paint shop, you will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to aircraft surfaces in accordance with blueprints and customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
• Paint and apply finishing coats to aircraft surfaces in accordance with blueprints and/or customer specifications.
• Set up and maintain work areas and operate painting equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
• Inspect paint jobs and materials, adjusting colors and fixing defects.

Requirements:
• 1 year of painting experience in aviation, automotive, or marine industries.
• Thorough knowledge of blueprint readings or customer specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:
• Ability to work in a confined space and meet the physical demands of the job.
• FAR Part 145 aircraft maintenance in a hangar and ramp environment.
