Position Overview
As a Custodial Services Specialist, you will be responsible for executing essential cleaning tasks both indoors and outdoors. Your role is crucial in maintaining a tidy and secure environment for all individuals within the assigned areas, including residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily cleaning operations in designated areas, which include vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, disposing of waste, and completing other assigned duties.
  • Ensure that housekeeping supplies and equipment are organized and well-maintained, keeping track of inventory and requesting additional materials as necessary.
  • Notify management of any maintenance issues or pest control requirements.
  • Report any violations related to housekeeping practices by residents, guests, or staff members.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned beyond the primary responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: No prior experience required.

Licensure: Not applicable.

As a Custodial Services Specialist, you will engage in various physical activities, including but not limited to, dusting and mopping, which necessitate a range of movements such as walking, kneeling, bending, and lifting.
