About the Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests, serving food and beverages, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and close out transactions efficiently and professionally.
  • Learn the menu, promotions, and specials to effectively communicate with guests and promote the center's offerings.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive atmosphere by being approachable, friendly, and responsive to guest needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (optional)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A commitment to providing exceptional guest service
  • Ability to meet the minimum age requirement for serving alcohol in your state
