Job Description
This role is for an online foreign language instructor who will join our team in delivering interactive classes to governmental agencies personnel. As an instructor, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson materials, fostering a supportive classroom environment, and assessing student progress.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to curriculum guidelines and engage students with various teaching methods.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and collaboration among students.
- Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
Requirements
- A strong background in education and a proven track record in foreign language instruction.
- Teaching adult students is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and the target language.
- The ability to adapt your teaching approach to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Familiarity with language scales such as ACTFL, ILR, or CEFR is beneficial.

Compensation
