Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mover and Restorer to join our team at SERVPRO of New Hanover. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving and restoring properties to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Move and restore properties to their original condition
- Pack contents, move furniture, and clean structures and contents
- Prepare rooms and areas for work activities, set up staging areas, and equip each project
- Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
- Ability to work with and around cleaning agents
