Job Title: Behavioral Health Supports Associate

The Office of Social & Emotional Learning (OSEL) at Chicago Public Schools is seeking a highly motivated and organized Behavioral Health Supports Associate to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting schools in addressing their clinical needs and implementing evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the administration of OSEL initiatives, including tracking submissions, reviewing completion of applications, and communicating with school contacts.
  • Facilitate training and data entry for trauma, intervention, and other foundational mental health support.
  • Develop and maintain internal tracking and reporting systems for OSEL initiatives.
  • Support the management of community partner and intervention developer relationships.
  • Coordinate intervention implementation support efforts and develop departmental reports.
  • Coordinate OSEL events and create reports as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of related work experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Google applications, Excel, and other technology tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must have reliable transportation to access schools and training locations throughout Chicago.
