Business Instructor

We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor to join our team at Ozarks Technical Community College. This is a part-time faculty position that involves teaching and managing assigned classes.

This Adjunct Instructor role requires the individual to provide quality instruction and stay current in their discipline. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning with at least 18 graduate-level credit hours in the field of instruction.

• Deliver engaging lectures and assessments that reflect current discipline standards.
• Collaborate with full-time instructors to create and implement course curriculum, objectives, and materials.
• Maintain student confidentiality while communicating student issues or concerns with appropriate personnel.
• Foster a positive classroom environment by presenting information in an inclusive manner.

• Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning with at least 18 graduate-level credit hours in the field of instruction.
• Previous teaching experience using interactive techniques.
• Experience using assessment techniques to promote teaching and learning excellence.

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
