Job Description

As a Medical Innovator, you will be responsible for serving as the all-in-one micro clinic operator, greeting patients, performing in-clinic tests and procedures, and working closely with virtual physicians to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring exceptional customer experience
  • Perform physical exams using connected devices, including cardiac and lung exams, ear exams, and other procedures
  • Accurately document exams, procedures, and lab orders in our electronic health record system
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to audio/video equipment and remote support from our technical team
Requirements:
  • Current Paramedic licensure (NREMT certification preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in handling unexpected situations
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records and medical software
