About This Role:

We're seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our team as a hybrid IT Support Specialist. You'll be providing in-person and remote technical support to employees, ensuring seamless IT operations across various industries and environments. Whether it's cabling, configuring firewalls, or deploying computers, you're ready for whatever the day brings.

This position requires 2-3 days at a client site in the Palm Beach area. As an IT Support Specialist, you'll collaborate with business owners, C-level staff, and other teams to build strong relationships and provide exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Be the dedicated support technician for various accounts and clients across different industries and environments
  • Assist on IT project deployments (MDM rollouts, network configurations)
  • Configure and support Mac OS and Windows devices in office and remote settings
  • Manage physical assets, inventory, cable management, and workspace setup
  • Support identity platforms governing application access, such as Okta and Google Workspace
  • Develop and update standards, policies, and procedures aligned with compliance requirements
  • Help configure automations and tooling for onboarding and offboarding flows
  • Facilitate IT shipments, including onboarding and offboarding packages
  • Travel to client sites in NY on scheduled and emergency case-to-case basis
  • Perform ad-hoc and miscellaneous IT tasks (remote and onsite)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a computing-related field
  • 3-4+ years of experience in an IT-focused role
  • Experience with Mac OS and Windows
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong communication abilities
  • Passion for IT and building relationships
  • Curious, self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable in an ever-changing field

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.

Interview Process:

Our interview process typically includes three rounds: a phone call with a recruiter, a 30-minute Zoom call with a Service Manager, and a 45-minute meeting with an IT Manager.
