**Job Summary:**
As a Cook at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Set up and stock prep and line stations to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
* Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
* Inspect food preparation and serving areas, tools, and equipment to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.
* Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, quantity calls, and specifications while maintaining portion control systems.
* Substitute for or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during peak business periods.
