We are seeking a Valet Parking Attendant - Hospitality Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless outstanding experience for our guests.

About the Role:

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, safely and efficiently managing valet parking services. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, providing information about hotel amenities, safely handling luggage, and collaborating with the valet parking team to ensure a smooth and efficient parking and retrieval process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
  2. Assist with the check-in and check-out process, providing information about the hotel's amenities.
  3. Safely handle guests' luggage, transporting it to and from rooms promptly.
  4. Collaborate with the valet parking team to ensure a smooth and efficient parking and retrieval process for guests' vehicles.
  5. Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
  6. Maintain clear and effective communication with the front desk, concierge, and other departments to ensure coordinated guest services.
  7. Relay important information about guest preferences and special requests.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
  • Capability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
  • Preferred, but not required: ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle.
  • Ability to use personal cell phone for work purposes.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport luggage, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
