Compensation and Benefits Analyst

The Compensation and Benefits Analyst position at Lynx Therapeutics offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. This role is responsible for processing time records, calculating biweekly payroll, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and laws.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Processing: The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately calculating and distributing pay according to university policy.
- Reports and Audits: Prepare reports and audits such as quarterly tax filings, reemployment liabilities, workers' compensation, 5500, and W-2's.
- Maintenance of Payroll Records: Maintain payroll records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Knowledge of State Payroll Rules and Regulations: Knowledge of state payroll rules and regulations; multi-state experience preferred.
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to calculate figures and amounts accurately.
$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
