Salary

$120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per annum, depending on location and experience.

 

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced FDA regulatory attorney with a portable book of business to lead and expand our regulatory compliance practice. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal advice on FDA regulations related to product claims, labeling, manufacturing, advertising, and distribution of cannabis, hemp, and other consumer products.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Juris Doctorate degree and bar admission in practicing states.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in FDA regulatory compliance, preferably representing food, drug, device, and/or alcohol clients.
  • Expertise in food and beverage law and alcohol licensing required.
  • Understanding of FFDCA, FTC, and GMP regulations preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience advising clients on labeling, advertising, product recalls, GMPs, and agency enforcement actions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, NetDocuments, Lexis/Nexis, Westlaw, DocuSign, and Clio preferred.
