Cloud Sales Ambassador

At AffiniPay, we're shaping the future of professional services payments and practice management software. As a leading fintech company based in Austin, Texas, our innovative tech products serve legal, accounting, architectural, engineering, and construction firms.
We're looking for talented Business Development Representatives to join our sales team, driving growth and success with our MyCase and Affinipay products. As a BDR, you'll be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and productive action.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining a high-level knowledge of AffiniPay's legal practice management software
- Identifying and prioritizing sales opportunities through direct prospecting and lead follow-up
- Maintaining a call volume of 75-100 calls per day to qualify key leads and create pipeline
- Prospecting into targeted lists by building relationships to develop new sales opportunities from cold or inactive accounts
- Updating and maintaining the Sales database as appropriate, including data discovery tied to initiatives
- Conducting concentrated marketing campaigns and forward-thinking customer outreach
- Reporting on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative
- Expanding knowledge of industry as well as the competitive posture of the company
- Documenting all sales activity in Salesforce & meeting daily key performance indicators
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- The ability to learn and articulate complex subject matter
- Excellent listening skills
- Adept investigation and research skills
- Natural storytelling abilities
- Curious and not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Strong written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience selling technology and/or software
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal direction
- Hustle and persistence
In addition to a competitive salary range of $50,000-$52,000 USD annually, plus uncapped commission opportunity, you'll enjoy:
