Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team as an Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling filters by hand to meet company and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble filters by putting various types of media into preassembled filter frames
  • Pour urethane and secure together by various measures such as bolts, staples, etc.
  • Ensure the pleat count is correct and the frame is square based on the filter specifications provided
  • Clean off excess urethane from production filter frame prior to moving to the next stage
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year work experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and understand instructions
  • Ability to recognize correct inserts and frames
  • Ability to recognize numbers and read a tape measure
  • Ability to learn different materials used (training will be provided)
Working Conditions

May be required to lift up to approximately 50 pounds. Must be able to stand at work station for extended periods of time and perform repetitive motions, including bending, twisting, and squatting. Must be able to work in a noisy and dusty manufacturing environment.
