Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Clinical Therapist to join our team at E-Therapy, providing speech-language therapy services to students in PreK-12 schools nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities, developing individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals in the classroom and other educational settings.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities to promote speech and language development, monitoring students' progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes.
  • Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner, participating in IEP meetings and providing input regarding students' speech and language needs.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting, with proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with experience in teletherapy or online counseling preferred.
